What is !USBFS?
USBFS is a filing system driver and RISC OS desktop filer for the widely available low cost CH376 module, providing a fully usable read/write RISC OS filesystem on FAT32/16/12 USB flash drives and allowing easy transfer of files between RISC OS and Windows/Linux/Mac/etc. USBFS is designed for Acorn 32bit computers running RISC OS 3.1 and RiscPCs running RISC OS 3 or 4. To use USBFS you need a CH376 module connected to your RISC OS computer - options include connection to an IDE podule with header for the CH376, or direct connection via the Econet header on Archimedes motherboards.
Please see the startdot.org.uk forum threads covering the IDE podule and Econet connection options developed by IanS.
